Job summary

Agilent Technologies LDA Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a data management professional to develop and maintain the ECO process while coordinating engineering changes across Production and Procurement.

You will structure BOMs for NPI, release documents, and support parts setup and release. You will also drive product lifecycle discipline for NPI, CPL release, and obsolescence, and lead PDM process improvements to ensure ISO9K/ISO13485 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of Engineering data management experience.
• Experience in Engineering change management in complex manufacturing.
• Knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ECO process and coordinate changes.
• Interface with Production, Procurement for data integrity across ERP systems.
• Structure BOM for New Product Introduction and release/maintain documents.
• Support NPI by driving product lifecycle discipline and manufacturing deliverables.
• Drive CPL release and obsolescence for product launches.
• Lead PDM process improvements for ISO9K/ISO13485 compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing and Product Support as internal consultant.
• Analyze and lead continuous improvement programs and problem prevention.
• Work on business system/process assignments with defined objectives.
• Improve KPIs like ECO turnaround times and first pass rate.
