• Design Drawing & Visualisation — Create high-quality interior design drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and 3D Max, contributing to compelling and precise design presentations for clients.
• Site Visits & Coordination — Assist in site visits and on-site coordination activities under senior guidance, gaining valuable real-world exposure to how design concepts are brought to life on the ground.
• Project Progress Monitoring — Support the team in tracking and monitoring project progress, ensuring that timelines and design standards are maintained throughout each project lifecycle.

Who are they looking for?

• AutoCAD & 3D Max Proficiency — Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Max for interior design drawing and rendering is essential for this role.
• Relevant Experience — A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in interior design or a related field is preferred; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, provided they can demonstrate a strong portfolio and genuine passion for the craft.
• Site & Project Support Ability — Willingness and ability to assist in site visits, site coordination, and project monitoring under senior guidance is an important aspect of this role.
• Language Proficiency — Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin proficiency is most preferable, as the role may involve communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Educational Background (Advantageous) — A Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline would be an advantage, though practical skills and a strong portfolio are equally valued.
• Project Management Awareness (Advantageous) — A basic understanding of project management workflow and interior design documentation will help candidates hit the ground running in this role.
• Portfolio Submission — A portfolio showcasing design and drafting work is strongly encouraged to be submitted alongside the application.
