What you'll be doing?

• Technical & Interior Design Drawings — Produce precise and detailed technical drawings and floor plans that bring interior design concepts to life, supporting the team in delivering high-quality project documentation.
• 3D Visualisation & Rendering — Utilise 3D Max to develop compelling 3D visualisations and renderings that effectively communicate interior design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Who are they looking for?

• AutoCAD Proficiency — Strong command of AutoCAD for producing technical and interior design drawings and floor plans is essential to succeed in this role.
• 3D Max Skills — Proficiency in 3D Max for visualisation and rendering of interior design concepts is a core requirement for this position.
• Relevant Experience — A minimum of 1 year of drafting experience within an interior design, architecture, or construction-related environment is required; candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply if they can demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a solid portfolio.
• Language Proficiency — Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required, as the role involves communication with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders across different markets.
• Educational Background (Advantageous) — A Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field would be an added advantage, though equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
