Xinpay Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer service professional to manage general inquiries, complaints, and feedback about our products. You will strive to exceed customer expectations with accurate information and courteous service.

The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift at our Sunway Geo Avenue location in Selangor, Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with no or minimal prior experience required, and basic MS Office skills are expected.
