Bona Smart Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Junior Business Development Executive to accelerate the market adoption of our Interactive Smartboards and ESL solutions in Malaysia. You will focus on b2b lead generation, client acquisition, and driving revenue growth across corporate, education, and retail sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 1 year B2B sales or business development experience.
• Ability to learn tech product specs and troubleshoot demos.
• Fluent Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to travel for on-site client demos.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to capture market share across display solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Provide consultative solutions and ROI-focused proposals to clients.
• Maintain relationships with key clients across corporate, education and retail sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and stay updated on market trends.
• Forecast sales and report to management on a regular basis.
