Job summary

NSD MULTI RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a proactive sales professional to prospect and close deals for CIBUS, a restaurant management software, across Malaysia. You will identify F&B prospects, conduct product demonstrations, and drive the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Fresh graduates are welcome; B2B sales experience is a plus. The role requires travel within the country and strong English + Bahasa Malaysia communication skills to engage restaurant owners and managers.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; B2B sales or business development experience will be an advantage.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and meeting new customers.
• Confident communicating with business owners and managers.
• Able to conduct product presentations after training.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel locally and visit restaurant prospects.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential restaurant and F&B customers within Malaysia and establish contact.
• Generate leads through cold calling, messages, referrals, networking and visits.
• Understand prospect decision-makers and maintain a qualified pipeline.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present CIBUS capabilities clearly.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Record leads and activities in CRM with accurate notes.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and follow up on quotes.
• Attend relevant F&B events and exhibitions as required.
