Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, account management, or technology sales.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities.
• Identify and qualify potential customers based on their business and technology requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects for further sales engagement.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT, Microsoft 365, cloud, or digital workplace solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
