Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily booking, verifying, and coding of supplier invoices against POs/receipts.
• Preparing Payment Vouchers, ACH or wire transfers, and managing payment runs.
• Setting up new vendors and updating files for tax compliance.
• Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with month-end closing.
• Generating AP aging reports and handling filing tasks.
• Performing ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor.
