Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Accounts Executive to prepare full sets of accounts and manage Payables/Receivables. You will review invoices, prepare debtor aging reports, and perform reconciliations and month-end closing.

Qualifications

• a bookkeeping professional with relevant accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting software; AutoCount is an advantage.
• Reliable, diligent and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full sets of accounts and monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Check AP invoices and other expenses for accuracy and posting.
• Prepare weekly and monthly debtor aging and collection reports.
• Handle payments and perform monthly bank, creditor, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly/weekly reports and month-end reconciliation.
• Assist in e-Invoice compliance and documentation.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
