Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience, fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, MYOB, Autocount) and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and confidential information handling.

Responsabilités

• Record and maintain financial transactions in ledgers or accounting software.
• Process invoices and verify payment requests; manage customer accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of records.
• Input financial data and maintain spreadsheets for reporting.
• Assist in audits by gathering and organizing documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist month/quarter/year-end close.
• Handle accounting correspondence and maintain filing systems.
