Frosty Treats Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks an entry-level Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Department and handle essential clerical and financial tasks.

You will perform data entry, billing, and receipt of client communications while maintaining ledgers and assisting with audits. Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of experience are welcome; strong English and Bahasa Melayu are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• 0–2 years in accounting or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Accounting Department.
• Perform basic office tasks: filing, data entry, phones, mail.
• Maintain billing system and generate account statements.
• Handle accounts receivable files and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with audits and fact checks.
