Job summary

Jp Premium Foods Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor seeks a Junior Account Executive to join our Financial Accounting & Reporting team. You will help manage company accounts and ensure records are accurate and compliant with standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of accounting experience, proficiency in SQL Accounting and MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while liaising with auditors and tax agents. It is a full-time, on-site position based in Subang Jaya.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting operations or financial reporting experience.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Process financial transactions and maintain detailed records.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, tax agents, and authorities.
• Identify process improvements and drive client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and uphold service excellence.
