Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Manufacturing accounts experience preferred.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Process invoices, payments and receipts timely and accurately.
• Support budgeting and forecasting preparations.
• Assist with tax returns and regulatory reporting.
• Perform data entry and other admin tasks; provide excellent stakeholder service.
