THE KEY BS SDN BHD is seeking an Account Executive (Junior) to manage financial records, improve documentation, and support office operations. Based in Dataran C180, Cheras (near MRT Batu 11 Cheras), this full-time position offers growth and development within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, handling administrative tasks, recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and coordinating document pickups and client appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or administration is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication with clients.
• Willing to learn and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and enhance documentation methods
• Handle basic office administrative tasks (filing, printing, emailing) and report to superiors.
• Record and process financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Generate financial statements and present to superiors.
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate document pick-ups.
