Job summary

CK BUILDING SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team based in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor. This role handles full sets of accounts, plans cash flow and budgeting, and supports monthly close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Successful candidates will liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banking partners, ensuring compliance with company policy and accounting standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in Accounting or equivalent required.
5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in accounting software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiar with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.
Plan and control cash flow, funding and budget allocation.
Manage end-to-end financial processes including collections, payments, monthly close and balance sheet reconciliation.
Provide monthly financial information and operating reports to Management.
Ensure accounting systems, controls and procedures comply with policy.
Establish internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting.
Maintain updated and reconciled accounting records in the system.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal, bankers, etc.
Assist on ad-hoc tasks requested by other departments.
