Job summary

Majorel is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Japanese Speaking) in Kuala Lumpur to support a leading travel account. You will handle reservations, provide email and phone support, and liaise between guests and hotels to ensure high service levels.

Candidates should have a diploma or bachelor degree and fluency in English and Japanese (Native/JLPT N1/N2). Rotational shifts including weekends/public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent English and Japanese language skills (Native/JLPT N1 or N2).
• Experience in customer service or call center is beneficial.
• Willing to work a rotational shift including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre and post reservation inquiries/requests by phone and email.
• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations.
• Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrange special requests.
• Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
• Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service.
