Job summary

Concentrix in Cyberjaya is seeking a Japanese-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support a leading travel platform through outbound calls and emails. You will handle bookings, cancellations, refunds, and related issues, while communicating in Japanese and English.

The role requires a Diploma with at least 6 months of relevant experience, fluency in Japanese and English, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with at least 6 months relevant experiences.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong computer navigation skills, Keyboarding Skills, internet surfing and PC Knowledge.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required. (Compensation provided).
• Willing to work on-site in Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via outbound calls and emails.
• Assist with hotel/flight bookings, cancellations, refunds, and booking-related issues.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Communicate professionally in Japanese and English.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the relevant systems.
• Follow company procedures and meet customer service targets.
• Provide information on products/services and recommend additional services when appropriate.
