Job summary

GP Batteries in Malaysia is seeking a Product Solutions Administrator (Japanese Speaking) to deliver high-quality pre-sales and post-sales support across designated markets. You will be the central contact for end users, B2B service partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of product enquiries, service requests, and operational follow-ups.

The role requires fluency in Japanese and English, plus strong knowledge of HiFi, acoustics and wireless products.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HiFi, acoustics and wireless products (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, router).
• Fluency in Japanese and English; Chinese and Cantonese is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Clear and professional verbal communication, with a friendly and helpful approach.
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service (Call Centre or Customer Success experience is an advantage).
• Customer-focused, self-motivated, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, ensuring a seamless experience across the customer journey.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers in resolving product issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Support eCommerce operations by assisting end users with online order enquiries and post-purchase support.
• Coordinate with end users, B2B distributors & dealers, service partners and internal teams on follow-ups including RMAs, parts ordering, and service coordination.
• Adhere to company requirements, policies, guidelines, and procedures at all times.
• Handle customer data with care, ensuring strict protection of personal privacy.
• Support continuous improvement of Customer Success processes by sharing insights and feedback.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
