Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering (Semiconductor related) required.
• 5–10 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Product and account management experience in a matrix organization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects.
• Drives corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
• Monitors profitability of existing customer products and derives measures to sustain/increase profitability.
• Manages customization and industrialization projects and prepares technical customer documentation.
• Coordinates customer visits, audits and requirements across VAT group entities for engineering/operational processes.
• Supervises changes to supply chain, manufacturing, and assembly processes and prepares documentation for customer changes.
