Job summary

DXC Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Japanese-speaking Microsoft 365 Administrator to support and maintain global Microsoft 365 services from our Malaysia office. You will manage user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, and permissions across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, while ensuring security and reliability.

You will use PowerShell for automation, handle Level 2 incidents, coordinate with Microsoft Support, and document processes in ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 administration across core services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Strong MFA/identity troubleshooting and security posture management in Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ITSM tooling, preferably ServiceNow.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Japanese (JLPT N2 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, groups, and mailboxes.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online mail flow and mailbox administration.
• Support Entra ID (Azure AD) operations, including user lifecycle, MFA, SSO apps, and certificate renewals.
• Provide admin support for Teams, Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, and external collaboration services.
• Assist with SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, including access and permissions.
• Utilize PowerShell to automate administration, reporting and tasks.
• Handle Level 2 incidents and service requests, coordinate with Microsoft Support and internal teams.
• Maintain documentation and update ServiceNow tickets per procedures.
