Responsibilities include resolving hardware and software issues, answering questions on features and repairs, and proactively preventing problems. Strong communication skills and willingness to work in shifts are essential for success.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 0–2 years in customer environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Japanese as required.
• Experience troubleshooting in a technical environment and strong problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from users and projects.
• Respond to service, product, and customer questions on features and repairs.
• Proactively assist to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
• Evaluate installations or configurations and recommend resolutions.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; coordinate with team to meet SLAs.
