Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is looking for a Sales Support/Co-ordinator for the Japan market in Electronics. You will liaise with teams in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and Vietnam and support quotations, data entry, and logistics-related tasks.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and familiarity with ERP systems. You will help manage high volumes of product information and collaborate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, sales administration, semiconductor/electronics or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle/SAP.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, export/import and logistics advantageous.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a meticulous attitude.
• Good communication and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support sales managers with quotations and system entries.
• Handle environmental documentation and PCN/EOL management.
• Process sample requests and manage product information.
• Maintain supply, demand and inventory data.
• Prioritize tasks across multiple customers and products.
• Drive continuous operational improvements within the ASEAN Japanese Sales Team.
