Job summary

Marubun Arrow (M) Sdn Bhd, a Japan–USA joint venture and leading distributor of electronic components, seeks a motivated Sales Coordinator in Penang. Your duties include pricing, supplier costing, sample coordination, and data management to support customers and internal teams.

Requirements include a diploma/degree in Electronics or related field, 1–2 years in electronics/semiconductor, good English, and strong Excel skills. Local candidate preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electronics or related field.
• 1–2 years working experience in electronics/semiconductor sales coordination desirable.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain of customer pricing log.
• Obtain parts costing information from suppliers.
• Coordinate sample requests for customers.
• Support customers with environmental compliance documentation from suppliers or internal parties.
• Assist with customer account opening and master data setup.
• Coordinate agreement initiation with legal team.
• Work with marketing on costing for order processing.
• Communicate Product Change Notifications (PCN) to customers.
• Update customer information in system.
• Provide quarterly lead time updates to customers.
• Prepare and submit official quotations to customers.
• Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) quality issues.
