Job summary

WABO SOFTWARE SDN BHD is seeking a Junior/Experienced IT Support staff in Malaysia to provide desktop and laptop support, troubleshoot network issues, install software, and manage employee IT accounts.

You will maintain IT equipment, manage assets, handle helpdesk tickets, set up new employee equipment, support basic network infrastructure, and assist with IT security and access management in a on-site office.

Qualifications

• Experience in Networking, Server Administration, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Hardware Troubleshooting, and Microsoft / Google Workspace Administration.
• Experience in the listed areas will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop technical support
