Job Scope
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting system errors and ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Support end-users with IT-related requests, including email, software applications, and security access.
  • Maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and accessories.

Perform regular data backup and recovery checks.

  • Assist in implementing IT policies, security measures, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance.
  • Support system upgrades, patch updates, and testing when required.
Requirement
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, servers, routers, switches).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity basics (antivirus, firewall, user access control).
