Job summary

Centre Side Express Sdn. Bhd. & Group of Companies is seeking an IT Technician to perform maintenance and troubleshooting across all company branches. This role will require frequent travel to branch locations and reporting IT maintenance results to the Klang Headquarters.

Minimum 2 years of IT support experience is required, with a Diploma in IT/CS. The job offers travel allowances, medical benefits, and hotel accommodations as needed.

• 2+ years of working experience in IT support or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT maintenance and troubleshooting across all company branches.
• Travel to various branch locations (e.g., Ipoh, Klang HQ) and other locations as required.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues at branch offices.
• Prepare and present IT maintenance reports to HQ Management.

Centre Side Express Sdn. Bhd. & Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Technician to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Perform IT maintenance and troubleshooting across all company branches.
Travel to various branch locations including:

• TBSB (Tok Bali)
• Labuan
• BKH
• JB
• Other company locations as required

Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues at branch offices.
Prepare and present IT maintenance reports to HQ Management at Klang Headquarters every 3rd week of the month.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Willing to travel frequently to different branches.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage branch IT requirements.
