Job summary

Zeoniq Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT/Technical Support professional to provide system and application support for POS and accounting solutions across Malaysia. The role covers installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting, plus delivering remote and on-site assistance to ensure reliable operations.

You will maintain documentation and work with English, Malay and Mandarin speaking clients. Fresh graduates are welcome; CGPA 3.0+ preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/ commerce or CS with CGPA 3.00+.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Willing to be based in Muar, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in IT/ Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, hardware and basic networking
• Independent, responsible and disciplined
• Willing to be based in Muar
