Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join our IT support team in Kuala Lumpur. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred; Mandarin and English language skills are required; accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access experience is a plus.

You will troubleshoot accounting software and hardware issues, provide end-user support via phone, email, or in person, and assist with software implementation and data security.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Mandarin and English language skills required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience providing technical support for accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with database management, networking, and security protocols.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware.
• Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person.
• Train end-users on the proper use of accounting software and resolve issues related to data entry and processing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues.
• Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades.
