Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated technical support professional to assist users with accounting software and related hardware. The role requires multilingual communication in Mandarin and English, and welcomes fresh graduates.

You will troubleshoot issues, train end-users, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth software integration and data security across systems. Prior experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
Able to speak Mandarin and English.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience providing technical support for accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access; hardware is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiar with database management, networking, and security protocols.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software and hardware.
Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person.
Train end-users on the proper use of accounting software and resolve issues related to data entry and processing.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues.
Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades.
