Transition Technologies MS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Malaysia to attract, hire and retain top IT talent. You will partner with hiring managers across the APAC region to define requirements, develop strategies and oversee the full hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of IT recruitment experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends to ensure a competitive approach to talent acquisition.
• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
• Carry out end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Participate in industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and KPI tracking.
• Maintain the database and reports accurately.
• Be part of an APAC-wide regional Talent Acquisition team.
