Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of technology recruitment, full lifecycle expertise, and strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter. A 1-year extendable contract is offered at Uptown Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of technology recruitment experience with regional or multi-country hiring.
• Experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for tech roles.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Experience recruiting across Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, AI, Product, or related tech domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills with the ability to engage business leaders and hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across regional markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate workforce plans into hiring strategies.
• Source and attract technology and services talent through multiple channels.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical technology hiring needs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with timely communication and stakeholder management.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to provide insights on hiring trends and process effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and Lenovo recruitment policies.
• Leverage ATS platforms and sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency.
