Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in computer science/IT.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Junior executive level suitable for IT/hardware roles.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of computer systems, IT components and printers.
• Able to work with other team members.
• Friendly communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers.
• Maintain and repair equipment such as laptops, PCs and printers.
• Manage security options and software to protect privacy and systems.
• Perform regular upgrades to keep systems updated.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide restoration solutions.
• Resolve hardware, software and networking problems.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution.
• Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
