Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive IT Support to maintain, setup, and troubleshoot IT systems across headquarters and store outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing timely support for hardware, software, networking, and POS systems to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Diploma in IT or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and PDF editing.

Qualifications

Diploma in IT or related field is required.
1–3 years of related experience is an advantage.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and editing PDF documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Discretion, diplomacy and good judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, drivers, software patches, and peripherals.
Set up POS hardware and operating systems for new outlets.
Monitor and maintain hardware, copiers, wireless devices, and projectors.
Respond promptly to HQ/outlet requests regarding POS and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi networks and networking equipment.
Perform diagnostic checks to resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
Install and update company software and network systems.
Handle ad-hoc technical support tasks as assigned by management.
