Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a junior IT Support role to provide basic technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues at our Kulai site in Malaysia. <\/p>

You will help set up computers, printers and IT equipment, install and update approved software, and assist with employee accounts under supervision. Ongoing maintenance and documentation will be part of daily tasks. <\/p>

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist in setting up computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure and update approved software.
• Support the setup of employee accounts and access permissions under supervision.
• Assist with routine system checks and IT equipment maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records and document technical issues and resolutions.
• Guide employees on basic IT procedures and system usage.
