Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Technical Support specialist in Penang to provide hardware and software support for a range of devices and applications. You will handle requests with strong follow‑up, analyze issues, and present practical solutions aligned with policies and business needs.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or higher in CS/IT and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Mandarin communication is required when engaging with Taiwan users and teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in CS/IT or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related IT support experience.
• Strong networking, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for desktops, printers, scanners and IT accessories.
• Support software and security tools such as Windows OS, Office, SCCM and antivirus.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Update IT documentation and asset records when changes occur.
• Analyze user requests and propose cost‑effective, compliant solutions.
