Job summary

Responsibilities include administering Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365, managing user life cycles, and monitoring server health. You will also support security policies and IT budgets while ensuring system availability.

Qualifications

• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, PCI DSS and data protection regulations for audit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, access review).
• Perform server health monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Own system availability and basic capacity planning.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365 / Azure AD environments.
• Assist with Intune / endpoint management / device compliance.
• Troubleshoot cloud service availability and user access issues.
• Maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Identify recurring IT issues and propose improvements.
