Job summary

ServiceOne Limited is seeking an on-site IT support professional in Kuala Lumpur to assist office, warehouse and store operations. You will work with multiple teams to ensure high-quality IT services and manage devices and software across locations.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, strong English communication, and independence. Working hours are 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with a 12-month contract and on-site locations at KLCC/Bangsar South in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma in IT or computing-related discipline.
• 1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Good communication in English; Mandarin an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for office, warehouse and store operations.
• Maintain effective communication with office users, IT and retail teams.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure high quality services.
• Setup, configure and maintain IT devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobiles).
• Assist in OS management, software installation and patching.
• Coordinate with vendors/outsourcers for Helpdesk and requests.
• Deliver on-site services five days per week in Malaysia.
• Deploy IT devices as required by end customers.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
