Job summary

ServiceOne Limited seeks an IT Helpdesk Technician to support office, warehouse, and store operations in Malaysia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality IT services and facilities, including device setup, configuration, and maintenance, with on-site presence.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in luxury retail, and strong communication in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in luxury retail
Hands-on IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, etc.
Basic networking understanding and entry-level server concepts
Excellent communication in English; Mandarin knowledge is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience supporting retail operations in luxury industry is an added advantage

Responsibilities

Provide on-site Helpdesk support 5 days per week for store operations in Malaysia
Assist in deploying IT devices as required by end customers
Maintain IT hardware and software inventory and lifecycle
Work with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services
