Job summary

Tech Transitions Groups in Petaling Jaya seeks an IT Support Specialist to manage technical implementation, hardware and software licensing, and internal app deployment. You will handle Level 1 incident response, monitoring, asset management, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, with rotational shift arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or fresh graduates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies; certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute baseline system configurations, deployments, and updates per SOPs and IT security policies.
• Support deployment and configuration of internal applications, platforms, and infrastructure systems.
• Perform Level 1 incident response including diagnostics, log analysis, and escalation when required.
• Conduct daily monitoring and preventive maintenance to ensure system availability.
• Perform patch management and system updates for servers, endpoints, and internal platforms.
• Support operational IT tasks including service monitoring and system maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty management.
