Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an IT support professional in Kuala Lumpur to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across the product line and processes, aiming to minimize rejects. You may assist senior staff and, in some roles, help oversee a small team to ensure targets are met.

Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN) and familiarity with Active Directory and user account management are valued. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems across product lines and processes.
• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi and VPN concepts are required.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and managing user accounts is a plus.
• Experience with common software and hardware is expected.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/ process to minimize reject levels.
• In more senior positions, may act as team leader to ensure work meets targets by overseeing team members.
• Performs work of a similar nature to those supervised.
• Provides orientation or guidance to team members but refers complex matters to a supervisor.
