Job summary

Persatuan Hainan Selangor & Wilayah Persekutuan is seeking a dynamic IT Administration Executive to maintain daily operations, install, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage emails, servers, printers and network infrastructure in a non-profit environment.

Requirements include a Professional Certificate or Diploma in IT, 1+ years IT support experience, strong communication and problem solving, and fluency in Chinese, Malay and English, with willingness to respond to incidents after hours.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate or Diploma in IT/CS or equivalent.
• At least 1+ years in IT support and systems maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in Chinese, Malay & English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day IT operations including hardware, software, POS, CCTV, server, printers, emails and network infrastructure (Windows).
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and ensure SOP compliance; assist in tenders and vendor quotations.
• Plan and execute IT projects (upgrades, migrations) within given timelines; handle after-hours incidents.
