Job summary

Ai-CHA FOOD MY SDN is seeking an IT Technical Executive to join our HQ team in Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining IT infrastructure, systems, servers, and mobile apps while staying current with emerging technologies.

You will participate in IT projects and ensure timely, successful deliveries with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese and English, holds a IT-related bachelor’s degree, and has at least 1 year of IT support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT technical support or related experience.
• Proficient in Chinese and English to facilitate headquarters communication.
• Strong work ethic with hands-on attitude and ability to deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all company IT and electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage and maintain company systems, servers, and mobile applications (APPs).
• Stay updated with the latest tech trends and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure and operations.
• Participate in the implementation and management of IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Requirements

• Quick learner with solid technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
