Job summary

Dragon-i Restaurant Sdn Bhd in Selangor is seeking an Information Technology Supervisor to support daily IT operations in our fast-paced restaurant group.

You will manage menu system updates, provide on-site and remote support, troubleshoot PCs, printers, and network issues, and handle hardware maintenance and POS equipment replacements while traveling as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of IT experience, a relevant certificate or degree, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year IT experience.
• English language proficiency required.
• Relevant certificate or degree in CS/IT required.

Responsibilities

• Manage system codes and update menu information in the system and perform general IT administrative tasks.
• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot PCs, notebooks, networks, printers and related peripherals.
• Perform maintenance and replacement of computer, laptop and POS hardware as needed.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support; travel on-site as required with a valid driving license and vehicle.
