Responsibilities

• Meet directly with departmental stakeholders to interview them, analyze their day-to-day business operations, and map out their manual or digital processes.
• Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation; user workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Code, test, deploy, and maintain internal software programs, web applications, and database tools to streamline business workflows.
• Monitor, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN/WAN), wireless routing systems, and firewall configurations.
• Oversee the procurement, configuration, maintenance, and diagnostics of employee workstations, peripherals, and physical office IT equipment.
• Implement data backup protocols, cyber security controls, and user access management.
• Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders to design custom software solutions while documenting technical specifications and network diagrams.
