Job summary

Cloud Vision Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a System Engineer to provide frontline support for end-user hardware, software, and infrastructure issues. You will install, configure, and maintain IT solutions, while ensuring systems run reliably and securely.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining case logs, performing health checks, and collaborating with regional teams across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in system support or infrastructure.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A team player with a proactive attitude.
• Effective written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions, servers, networks, and related products.
• Provide technical support to end-users on system, hardware, and software issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Maintain, track, and update all support cases with timely resolutions.
• Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Support system implementation, deployment, and lifecycle management for customers.
• Provide technical assistance and support to other company locations in SE Asia; travel may be required.
• Deliver clear and engaging presentations to customers, internal teams, or management.
• Perform solutioning by understanding customer requirements and proposing IT solutions.
