Loyal Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking an IT Executive to join its Information Technology team. The successful candidate will support end-user computing, maintain IT infrastructure, and assist with network and security tasks across the group.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, 2–3 years ICT/IT support experience, and willingness to travel to project sites. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and liaison with vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2–3 years ICT/IT support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user support.
• Experience with IT security monitoring and disaster recovery concepts is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to project sites and liaise with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for all employees across group companies.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, software, printers, copiers, and security systems.
• Administer servers, network connectivity, firewalls, and disaster recovery planning.
• Monitor routine security of critical systems and respond to incidents.
• Source and procure IT equipment and software as needed.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for IT requirements.
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve business operations.
• Complete tasks assigned by Senior IT Administrator.
