The candidate will work with stakeholders to improve processes, automate tasks, and ensure system reliability while coordinating with vendors and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
• Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Azure or 365 a bonus.
• Willingness to work late hours to meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement; able to work independently.
• Rotational shift arrangement may be required.
• Self-directed with ability to drive change in unstructured environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute baseline system configurations, deployments, and updates per SOPs and IT security policies.
• Support deployment and configuration of internal applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Perform Level 1 incident response: diagnostics, log analysis, triage, escalation.
• Daily monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance for system availability.
• Patch management and system updates for servers, endpoints, and platforms.
• Support operational IT tasks including service monitoring and checklists.
• Provide asset provisioning, tracking, and lifecycle management for hardware.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty management.
• Assist in software licensing management and compliance tracking.
• Support deployment and testing of internal applications and platforms.
• Document testing results, defects, and improvement recommendations.
• Maintain Runbooks and internal documentation.
• Prepare technical reports and troubleshooting summaries.
• Assist in internal meetings to understand system requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes and automation.
