Job summary

Austin Leisure Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT support professional to assist in day-to-day IT operations within a property development and management company. You will help with system monitoring, troubleshooting, hardware and software management, and IT inventory upkeep.

The role also covers data management, analytics, and IT performance reporting to ensure smooth office operations and timely IT services for tenants and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of IT systems, networking, and software tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IT operations, including system monitoring and troubleshooting
• Support hardware/software management, license renewals, and system maintenance schedules
• Maintain IT inventory records and assist in procurement or vendor coordination
• Provide basic troubleshooting or elevate technical issues
• Assist in data management, analytics, and preparation of IT performance reports
• Coordinate IT setup for new employees and assist in system onboarding
• Coordinate communication between departments for IT related matters
• Ensure smooth day to day office operations for the IT departments
• Suggest new methods or ideas to improve work efficiency and reduce unnecessary time expenditure
• Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports and other material as required
