Job description

End user support (Desktop, laptop, Windows Operating System, Outlook, Network, etc) daily activities; incident and problem management through a ticketing system.

Liaise with vendors and other functional IT teams for problem resolution and root cause analysis.

Contribute in continuous improvement process and project implementation.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
