Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support resolution to all customers.
• Support, maintain, and install hardware for maintenance customers.
• Complete project implementation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting.
• Assist sales personnel in meeting customer requirements.
• Initiate and solve complex technical issues as per SLAs.
• Collaborate within the department and with the entire company.
• Maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• In addition to maintaining customer relationships, IT is also expected to develop and maintain good relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors.

Requirements

• To provide technical support, system maintenance and hardware installation for contract maintenance customers.
• To complete project implementation, configuration, upgrading, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Providing technical and professional assistance to sales personnel to meet the customer\'s requirements.
• The applicant must initiate and solve complex technical issues, adhere to the provided Service Level Agreements.
• Participate and work closely within the department and also across the entire team and company.
• Work as a team player within the company and with partners & principals and customers.
• In addition to maintaining customer relationships, IT is also expected to develop and maintain good relationships with IT vendors, contractors and distributors.
